The Lee County Fire Marshal’s Association was organized as a means to bring together area fire officials, contractors, engineers and architects for a free exchange of information in an effort to apply and interpret codes, standards and regulations uniformly throughout the county. It was also formed for the purpose of providing public education related to safety from fire and disasters. The Association conducts public education classes and events throughout the year as well as professional development classes on a regular basis. Since classes cost money we have fund raising events several times a year to help fund these worthwhile projects. Membership in the association is available on two different levels. Full membership is available for fire code officials. Associate membership is available to architects, engineers and contractors. Both memberships offer full access to organizational activities and professional development classes. We can be contacted via E-mail or U.S. Postal Service.
